Latoya Fleming is the owner and visionary behind Les Chic Events. What began as a side business while teaching full-time and raising two beautiful children, has now blossomed into a full-scale event planning, décor, and rental powerhouse!

Latoya founded Les Chic Events in 2017 with the goal of becoming the premier event provider in the Miss-Lou area, offering services that cater to every budget. She believes in putting love and laughter first, while empowering her team to exceed expectations in both creativity and professionalism. When she’s not designing events and enhancing the world around her, Latoya enjoys reading, dancing, spending quality time with family and friends, and, of course... decorating!

Working for Les Chic Events has impacted and changed my life for the better. When I'm at work, all my problems and worries go away.
